During his career he has held positions as HVAC and Plumbing Foreman, Superintendent, Senior Project Manager, Senior Estimator, Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Estimating while overseeing a diverse array of construction projects throughout the Washington, DC - Northern Virginia - Maryland Construction market. For 15 years he served as the Vice President of Operations and Senior Estimator for a local general contractor in Northern Virginia. Phil is an expert in balancing cost, quality, and function. He has constructed over a million square feet of commercial, retail, industrial, institutional, multi-family and hospitality structures. He also has an extensive knowledge base in HVAC and site work.
