Bill has over 31 years of experience in the construction industry. Bill graduated from Virginia Tech’s College of Architecture with a degree in building construction in 1975. He began his career as an Assistant Site Manager for Thomas P. Harkins, Inc, managing the construction of office buildings, garden apartments and mid-rise apartment complexes. Bill quickly advanced to Site Manager. Over the next decade, he advanced from Site Manager to Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer within The Artery Organization, a Maryland real estate development company. For the past 19 years Bill has acted as President of his own general contracting company, William G. Beals, Inc. During his career, Bill has worked on the construction and development of office buildings, government facilities, churches, schools, warehouses, self storage facilities, high rise apartments and condominiums, garden apartments and single family homes. He is a deacon, a trustee, a Sunday School teacher and active member at Warrenton Baptist Church in Warrenton, VA. He is also the Building Committee Chair for the Fauquier Chapter of Habitat for Humanity
