Little Rock Tea House
A truly unique structure constructed in Lucketts Virginia, just a few miles north of Leesburg on Route 15. The structure is based around a 4000 square foot timber frame building boasting beautiful hewn beams. The “barn” style structure is wrapped with SIP panels, (Structural Integrated Panels) that provide and energy efficient shell. The exterior is comprised of partial field stone walls, cast ledger sills, siding through to the standing seam roof, topping out at 45’ with a glass and wood trimmed Cupola. An addition consisting of 1500 square feet is frame on the rear of the building that will house a new commercial kitchen to support the restaurant, social and artisan activities planned within. A patio is located on the south side of the building.
