Completed in 2010, this new building has a 1200 seat sanctuary, a multi-purpose gym, offices, and classrooms. Project includes new entrance and new parking lot with new utilities. This pre-engineered metal building has a brick and split-face block veneer. The insulating air-entrained auto-claved (AAC) block in the exterior walls of this building, along with an upgraded mechanical system will help keep this church's life-cycle cost lower than what would be expected.     >>More

14,200 square foot expansion of existing church. New areas include a gym, commercial kitchen, classrooms, elevator, and restrooms. Completed in 2010. Through the Ministry of Construction (whether it is praying for the workers on site, providing fresh coffee and donuts to the jobsite, or just saying a thank-you to the construction crews), the members of the church were highly involved in this project.    >>More

Community Baptist Church-BGW, VA

This new 20,300 square foot building in South Riding includes a new sanctuary and space for offices and classrooms. The pre-engineered metal building has a veneer of brick-look stucco. This project was completed in 2009. The church members were highly involved in this project through their Ministry of Construction. Through the efficient Koretech panels (which provide higher R-value than standard insulation) and the upgraded mechanical system, the Church should have significantly lower-than-normal operating/life-cycle costs.     >>More

Mt. Zion Baptist, Fredericksburg, VA

Addition to existing church, including new sanctuary, classrooms, offices, and restrooms. New parking area is pervious paving to comply with environmental quality recommendations. New sanctuary has vaulted ceiling, baptistry, and sound room. Project also includes new entrance courtyard. The church was able to keep costs down by working with the volunteer missionary group Men on a Mission to provide the labor for the framing carpentry on the project. DCG worked with the volunteer carpenters to ensure accurate interpretations of the plans and quality work. Completed in 2009.     >>More
