This new 20,300 square foot building in South Riding includes a new sanctuary and space for offices and classrooms. The pre-engineered metal building has a veneer of brick-look stucco. This project was completed in 2009. The church members were highly involved in this project through their Ministry of Construction. Through the efficient Koretech panels (which provide higher R-value than standard insulation) and the upgraded mechanical system, the Church should have significantly lower-than-normal operating/life-cycle costs.
