This project is a small renovation project for Grace Baptist Church in Woodbridge. DCG has worked with the church on several other major projects and the church chose to work with us again on this smaller project. The project includes taking down a wall and renovating several existing rooms into one larger entry way and gathering space. This project was a design-build project where the owner partnered with DCG early in the project and DCG was responsible for the design as well as construction. This approach saved the church on their budget as decisions during design were made knowing the cost implications. This cost savings allowed the church to renovate more space in their building.
