This 15,000 SF new construction project includes an office and warehouse facility for a well drilling client in Elkwood, Virginia. The building features a pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) system and incorporates office space, conference rooms, a warming kitchen, restrooms, locker rooms, and a break room area. Covered porches and a covered exterior storage area complement the facility’s functional design. DCG provided comprehensive preconstruction support, guiding the client from planning through execution. Project includes all associated sitework.
