This project for Vulcan Materials includes two new buildings to support their concrete operations in Springfield, Virginia. The QC Lab is a 6,500 SF pre-engineered metal building that will house office areas, laboratory spaces, humidity rooms, and storage. The 1,200 SF Scale House is a wood-framed structure designed to provide office space and conference rooms for the Vulcan team. DCG is providing full construction services for both facilities.
