DCG is excited to share the completion of our latest project with BEAM (Baker Equipment and Materials) in Ashburn, VA- an impressive new development comprised of an 11,469 SF three-story commercial office building and a 21,394 SF two-story shop building. Our team oversaw the construction of both buildings, with the office building being a cast concrete structure and the shop building utilizing a Nucor pre-engineered metal building system. The office building features training and break rooms, along with ample office space, while the shop building has three dedicated shop areas and a spacious two-story office section. BEAM provided the full concrete scope on both buildings. This project marked our second partnership with BEAM.
