Vice President of Construction
Naomi has been in the construction industry for over 25 years and is DCG’s Vice President of Construction. With a background in project management and estimating, she has been instrumental in establishing and enforcing protocols for our construction department to ensure successful projects that come in under budget and on schedule. Naomi provided project management for a successful design/build firm in Northern Virginia before joining DCG in 2007.
With her extensive knowledge of commercial construction, Naomi has completed a vast assortment of projects, including religious facilities, warehouses, office buildings, and retail centers. She has developed strong client and trade contractor relationships throughout her career, enabling her to deliver hundreds of projects in the tri-state area. While overseeing construction operations, Naomi ensures that our construction team works together to provide quality projects that exceed client expectations.
In her free time, Naomi can typically be found with her family and loves spending quality time with her children and grandchildren. When she isn’t busy landscaping in her backyard, she can usually be found out enjoying the fresh air with friends and loved ones.
Vice President of Development
As Vice President of Development, Anne manages and oversees the company’s pre-construction and estimating efforts and our business development department. In addition, she provides oversight of the financial and administrative side of the business. She has a heart for building strong relationships and continuing her father’s mission to advocate for our clients throughout the pre-construction and construction process.
Anne has been with DCG since graduating high school, starting as a coordinator before quickly moving up the ranks. She has focused on estimating and business development for the past 15 years. Her passion for helping clients through the early stages of project development has allowed her to grow DCG’s pre-construction department significantly.
Anne enjoys spending time with her husband and family, especially at the beach in the Outer Banks. When not at the office, you can typically find her outside enjoying the mountains and rivers of Virginia with her husband and their black lab Moose.

Phil has been in construction for over 45 years and has overseen the construction of more than a million square feet of commercial, retail, industrial, institutional, multi-family, and hospitality structures. He is well-known and respected by clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors for his honesty and integrity and is often sought out for advice on construction projects. Phil has extensive knowledge of Metal Buildings, HVAC, and site work.
In Phil’s free time, he usually can be found boating on the Rappahannock River with his wife and his black lab, Minnie. He also enjoys exploring the Northern Neck of Virginia and spending time with his family and four grandsons.
