Renovation of church wing will include conversion to offices, fellowship hall and bathrooms. The scope includes: selective demolition, wood frame walls, lvl, relocating existing doors, s.s counter tops, wood base, wood wainscoting, building insulation, sound insulation, access panel, drywall, Act, vct/base/carpet, ceramic tile, paint, refinish existing wood floor, toilet accessories and partitions, new doors/hardware, plumbing, hvac, electrical, fire alarm, masonry-brick veneer repairs at new door openings.
