The Warrenton based builder, Dominion Construction Group, is named among the top 100 metal builders in the nation by Metal Construction News magazine.
Dominion Construction Group, a full service general contractor, was rated in the May 2014 Metal Construction News magazine among the top 100 metal building contractors in the United States and rated 3rd in Virginia based on square footage for the year 2013.
In 2013, DCG furnished and installed 67,595 sf and 309.46 tons of pre-engineered metal buildings. Dominion Construction Group is a Nucor Metal buildings distributor that provides not only turnkey projects, but also furnishes and erects metal buildings for other general contractors.
Some of the projects DCG completed last year were the Grace Covenant Church in Chantilly, VA, MDP Tactical building in Washington DC, CCBC addition in MD, and several US Government buildings in DC and VA.
Philip Clark, president of DCG, stated that “We have the experience to work through design and installation of complicated metal building structures and have become the “go to” company in the area for such structures. We have also learned how to incorporate metal building systems into conventional style structures, a skill that helps reduce construction costs and allows for long clear spans.
