This project involves the renovation of a well-known existing church property in downtown Manassas. Phase I includes the complete renovation of the annex building to accommodate a new sanctuary, classrooms, and office spaces. The scope consists of a full interior gut and refinishing, along with installation of all new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Exterior repairs are also included to ensure the building is weather-tight and ready for long-term use by the congregation.
