This 4,000 SF facility is being built for a rock drilling client in Marshall, Virginia. The pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) includes an open shop area with an 8″ thick concrete slab, office space, a kitchen, and restrooms. Sitework is included as part of the scope. DCG provided preconstruction services, supporting the client through every phase of the project.
